Krystyn Ramdial is a South Florida native with Caribbean roots, now living in Seattle —and doing her best to make regular trips back to Florida to soak up time with her growing crew of nieces and nephews. Her service has long focused on expanding opportunity and access for youth, including education, food security, and stable housing. She’s worked with youth across various ages and circumstance, and is most energized when helping them feel seen, supported, and capable of creating meaningful change in their lives.
Krystyn holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and currently serves as the Director of Pre-Hire Selection at Procter & Gamble, where she leads global strategy for identifying and selecting top talent. With over a decade of experience across consulting and internal roles, she’s committed to designing systems that recognize potential, reduce bias, and open doors. She’s also an adjunct professor at UC Blue Ash, where she teaches Theories of Personality and is on a not-so-secret mission to nudge students toward exploring the world of I-O Psychology. Most recently, she and a close friend have started to build The True Compass Collective—a space designed to help women navigate life transitions through science-backed tools, intentional community, and practical resources.
In her downtime, you can usually find Krystyn with a book in hand, planning her next trip, or dancing around her house to soca music.
